24 Hour Fitness New hire Background Check?

I got hired on at 24 hour fitness pending a background check I have a class b misdemeanor for theft in Texas. It was 5 years ago when I was 18 years old and I have had a squeaky clean record before. Iam getting re hired on at 24 hour fitness which I use to work at when I was 18. They hired me pending this background investigation, do you think this will be a determining factor in me not getting hired on????? Thank you
