I'm looking to get glow in the dark ink for a tat, but not that black light stuff.?

Does anyone know where I can get Glow in the dark ink for a Tattoo. I'm not looking for UV ink because I'm never under a black light but something that would charge in the day and glow at night would be pretty cool. Any Info would be great, thanks for your time.
