Is this good enough for a 10 gallon saltwater aquarium?

The smaller the tank, the more quickly things go wrong. Salwater is ten times more difficult than freshwater and things will go downhill fast in a ten gal. Especially if you are a begginner. You should at the very least double it to 20.
