How to get into stock trading/investing?

Read about stocks, talk about stocks, watch shows about stocks, research stocks.....Buy companies that are proven winners and best of breed at first. Look for safe dividend plays, companies with good p/e ratio, good cash flow, etc. Figure if you want to invest short, mid, or long term.
