Where is the best place to rent a classroom (Whiteboard, tables, chairs, maybe even projector) in San Diego?

I am going to teach a class on becoming a private pilot. This is also known as "ground school" in pilot lingo. It will be pretty casual but will need chairs, desks, a white board for proper learning to take place! ALSO-- the airport terminal's private rooms will not be an option! Any ideas? THANKS!
