What's the difference between, Terrarium vs Aquarium?

I just bought a tank for a bearded dragon 55 gallons. and i bought a lamp for a night light and its a Exo Terra light dome, its a small aluminum UV reflector lamp, and it says it is not for a aqurium. im not sure if i bought a terrarium or a aquarium? which is more common for bearded dragons? thank you.
