Unpaid internship for high school senior?

I am a high school senior and am interested in an unpaid internship simply for learning experience; however, no one is willing to take me on because their insurance will not cover me. Is there anyway to get around this factor. My school does not offer internships because our career center isn't very productive to say the least.
