Common Musk Turtle Setup-is it ok?

ok so am i right in thinking a musk turtle would be ok in a 30" long by 12" deep and 15" high aquarium for it's whole life (I only want to get 1). If so I know that I will be using a 100W submersible heater set to 25C but what can I use for UV and a basking bulb? a specific bulb/tube would be helpful and maybe a link if you can thanks. P.S i don't have the musk turtle yet.
