Hi wonder if any one could advise me please?

my audio was working fine on the pc then yesterday i discovered i couldn't listen to bbc iplayer or you tube yes i can still play music on it just seems to be on incoming sound i have the problem be grateful for any advice in sorting this problem out go easy on me am a pensioner no big Technical lingo thanks
