You really can't add a video card with that low of a power supply. Newegg.com has Rosewill brand that is affordable but still good. If you can afford one at 450w then you can get a video card. The first time I replaced my psu I plugged all the wires in from the new one then took out the old one and installed the new main power box, this way you get it right with no experience. 3bTech.com has power supplies as low as $20, I just don't know how good they are. Tint stickers for eyeglasses?

I want to take a pair of vintage safety goggles and make a variety of colored lenses for them. I've already harvested the lenses from some sunglasses and cut them to size. However, it was a real pain. I thought it might be easier to just take the clear lenses that came with the goggles and put some color tinted film over them. Unfortunately, finding said tint film is proving easier said than done. I thought about car window tint, but I don't want to buy an entire roll. an ssid is the name of your network that you are connected to. there is a thingy called a wireless router. It is what all your computers in your home connect to. For mine, there is a name that comes with it, or, you can change the name somehow. the name should be on it somewhere. For me, it is on the bottom. once you've found that, turn on your wii. Go to wii settings (you probably know this already but it's in the bottom left corner). after that you'll see two options. Data management and i forgot the other. Click the one that is not data management and there are the pages. I think the internet option is in the second page, but I cant be sure.then there is an option to set up a wireless connection. go to connection settings then type in all the info. if it doesn't work, their will be an error code and it will give you a website to go to and see what the code. If it works, it will give you a support code(just ignore it) i hope this helps! Oh and if the wii is to far from the signal or in a tight space, I suggest moving it because it wont work. Odd. Micro-ATX refers to the size of the motherboard, as in its physical dimensions. It doesn't have anything at all to do with PSU that is compatible with it. PSU do have several different form factors as well but they have to do with the chassis they are installed in. If you have a full tower case then it should fit any standard ATX PSU (there are a few expections but these are generally well documented if you google your specific case) and they come in a wide array of wattage. If you need a smaller form factor PSU they are often limited in wattage by their smaller size and the fact there is little demand for high power PSU in slim/micro cases.

Why do i randomly start itching inside tanning beds?

Now my allergy is healed and I decided to use it again. I tried the cleanser and mask yesterday and had no negative reactions. However, this morning I used the cleanser, toner, lotion, brightening serum and brightening uv moisture. By mid-morning, my face is itchy, red and getting swollen, the same as what happened before. What is a COD4 infection?

I am not a computer guy. I like to play video games and know nothing about code or CPU lingo. So I was playing COD4 on my xbox 360 for the first time in a couple years and I saw people in online multiplayer falling from the sky and disappearing right in front of my eyes. People were on on top of the map and under the map and on roof tops I have never imagined you could get on. Also there was this annoying colorful writing about game mods that covered a good portion of my upper left screen which made it hard to play. I want to move country, help!!?

I am married with a 3 year old little boy and we live in Ireland. Myself and hubby have always talked about living abroad. Reasons for significant weight loss?

i have lost over 40lbs in a short few months. But that hasnt been my goal my goal has been to maintain that 145lb weight. but as each month passes the more i increase my food intake i seem to loose more and more now i am down to 101. New pet scorpion- Care tips/help?!?

This is terrible(no offence) The substrate should not be sand. They cant burrow easily in it and it retains almost no moisture. The substrate should be peat moss, vermiculite, peat moss/vermiculite mix, or coco nut fiber. I personally use coconut fiber. There should be at least 4 inches of substrate so they can burrow. The tank size and hides is right. They need humidity of at least 80%. They are a tropical species of scorpion. They do not like light so replace the light it has with an infrared bulb(they cant see infrared) or the ceramic heat emitter. The ceramic heat emitter is preferable because it produces no light at all. If your worried about it being to hot than but a thermostat to turn it down. That's what I did. I like to keep the humidity really high so I spray the cage 2-3 times a day heavily. I also pour some water in a corner so it can go to the bottom of the tank and absorb into the substrate to keep the humidity up all day. I do that twice daily. Buy a humidity/temperature gauge at Walmart. There about 10 dollars. They will just about anything that moves. Sometimes they even eat each other. its recommended to keep them singly but they can be housed together without too many problems. They are found in colonies in the wild. Don't feed them wild things cause they might have pesticides on them and contain parasites. idk how often they molt but i know they molt six times than they they stop. Its very hard to distinguish a male from a female. Take good care of your scorpion and don't listen to these people I know what im doing.

Of course I am a young black male who's been around long enough now to see and understand that being black or should I say being classified as black isn't always about your skin color but more times than none about your state of mind at least to other black people. Ray bans or Costa del Mars?

So I'm trying to decide whether to get Ray ban or Costa del Mar sunglasses. Ray bans look really cool (definitely more trendy) and give great protection against most types of UV light and infared if I am not mistaken. While Costa del mar sunglasses don't have very nice looking frames (they're very sporty, and not very classy looking), their 580P lenses are apparently LEGENDARY in that they protect against all types of UV light and HEV waves. Hello. I just got back from the nail salon. I asked them specifically for gel nails, NOT ACRYLICS, and I'm not sure that's what they gave me. Basically they filed my nail with a little tool, glued on a tip, and then painted over it with this mixture of a "catalyst" and a powder. I thought that with gels they put your hands under a UV light, but they never did that with me. All they did was paint over the false tip with a thick mixture that hardened when I put my hands in front of a fan. Did they give me acrylics instead of gels? Thank you.

Sims 3 Pregnancy Loop Glitch?

So I was playing my game, completely unbothered by any factor, until my sim started giving birth to her 4th child. She was sent to the hospital and stayed in there until the pop up asking me to name my child and choose my traits popped up. Once I had done that, I noticed she was outside of the hospital, no baby in hand, still wearing her maternity clothes, starting to walk inside the hospital all over again. The loop was exactly the same. I kept getting a boy who was given the party animal trait. I looked online for fixes and found that if I reseted her using the resetSim cheat, switched active households and used a sim from that family to go check on the pregnant glitched sim, she would have a baby in her hands, fixing the problem and allowing me to play that house again. So I did that, but when I went to go check on the glitched sim, she was still in her maternity clothes "giving birth". So it didn't work. :/ I went to check on the house and low and behold there are enough babies on the lot to start an army. ALL boys with the party animal trait! So I deleted them all and ended up deleting the glitched sim or else there would be even more babies. I then wanted to get her back so I tried evicting the family and moving them back into a home, which I heard would fix THAT problem. Here's where the second problem comes in. I purchased them a home but nothing happend... I tried moving them in again but nothing happend when I clicked on the icon of a house. So since they were on the clipboard and I wanted to reset the game, I tried saving the family to the family bin before I did. So once I started my game up again I looked in the sim bin and they were nowhere to be found. The game never actually saved my family AT ALL! So my favorite family which I had been playing forever were completely erased! I went to another house to play and the woman there was... having a baby... Sort of. It was and even worse case than the one before. She stood there, unable to move, with the "give birth" interaction icon in the top left hand corner appearing and disappearing within 3 seconds. I had all the expansions except for Ambisions installed, which I later installed in hopes that it might clean everything up (it didn't). I also have installed Twallan's Story progression mod awhile ago, but then I installed the Moar interactions and it seemd to screw the story progression mod up causing all the notifications to be errors. My Doctor Believes I'm In the Early Stages of Miscarrying - Please Provide Any Input?

I think it's hard for us as non-medical professionals to fully understand what is being said to us. I have not been in your situation in terms of a possible miscarriage, however I have been given results via 'numbers' which were completely scary to me, so I can only offer you my advice on how to cope emotionally. My results for the downs syndrome test should have come in at around a 1:700 chance based on my age etc, however they came in at a 1:85 chance. I was not told this by a doctor, I received a phone call while I was at work, from the medical receptionist who said the doctor didn't know how to read the results and that I needed to pick the results up immediately and go straight to the hospital. So, I picked up the results from the doctors and opened them in my car... alone and petrified of what I might have seen. It was the scariest thing EVER for me to see that my baby had a very high chance of having downs syndrome. I, like i'm sure you have, cried and cried. It is sooo much easier said than done, but you need to stay positive. I am a firm believer of "trust your gut instinct". In my situation, I felt it deep down that my baby was ok - I just needed the medical report to back it up. In your situation, you said your husband and you felt as though you could breath a sigh of relief at being the furtherest along in a pregnancy than you have before. That is a good and very positive sign! Trust and believe in it! Numbers are just that... Numbers! There are many other factors (and unfortunately, more numbers!) that would need to marry up with your hcg results in order to deem you a high risk for miscarriage. Without these, I don't feel your doctor has much to go by. You are allowed to stay awake tonight, the love you have for your unborn child is the reason for this. When you have your ultrasound tomorrow, ask questions. Ask lots of questions. How do they get the results they do. Why has the result come out the way it has (good or bad) I really do wish you the best of luck. While I was ttc, someone on this forum sent me their baby dust... I am passing my leftovers to you!

I think a border collie should be a champion in herding or obedience and confirmation if it is to be bred. When it comes to a breed like the German Shepherd, THAT is when I get upset with confirmation, because of how messed up their spines and hips are. Working German Shepherds can't compete in confirmation because they don't conform to breed standards, and gets me quite annoyed. I think that MOST breeds should always be entered in conformation to breed, but there are some exceptions that just make the breed worse, like the German Shepherd.

I am currently taking organic chemistry and it is split up into two classes, lecture and lab. On the syllabus, it says that there are three test and a final in the lecture portion of the class, each test being 100 points. In the lab portion, we have 9 labs each worth 100 points. On the syllabus, it says that the 3 tests are 65% of our grade, the final is 20% , and the lab is 15 % of our grade. This doesn't make any sense to me, how can the lecture portion of the class that has 3 test worth 100 points and the final prob being around 100-150 be 65% , when there are 900 points in lab that is 15% of our grade. And how can 1 final worth 100-150 points be 20% when we have 900 points in lab that is only 15%. Anyone out there that can break this lingo down for me?

Help my baby red ear sliders shell is turning white!?

I have two baby red ear sliders and this past Friday i cleaned there tank. I clean there tank once a week but when i cleaned it this time i had bought them a new fake plant so they could hide if they wanted to, then the next day i notice one of my red ear sliders shell had white patches on its shell like if it had water or something under its shell. Common Musk Turtle Setup-is it ok?

Bearded dragon not eating?

My bearded dragon is 4 years old, and refuse to eat. He is losing weight. I feed him a mixture of grated carrots, pumpkin and a herb salad mix. He gets 2 crickets a day, which is all he eats. I also have a small bowl of dry food available at all times. He gets fresh food and water every day, but don't even wants to taste it. I already had him de wormed 3 times. The vet can not find anything wrong. he gets at least a hour of morning sun if the weather plays along. His cage is heated and on a thermostat. The warm spot is 32 degrees celsius and the cooler spot 25. He also gets uv drops once a week. Im in South Africa and it is the winter season at the moment. The seasons doesn't have a effect, cause he didn't eat in the summer as well. Please help

Ok, so anti-E is a b9lood thing that develops in about 10% of white women after an intial pregnancy (meaning that you won't have it the first time around) but some 80% of men have anti-E. Apparantly, the doctors found the Anti-E in my blood, and did an amniotic panel (drew amniotic fluid from me to test it) and cam to the conclusion that the baby has a high risk factor for HDN (Hemolytic Disease of a newborn) and that it can destroy the baby's red blood cells. They want to give an intra-uterine blood transfusion to my baby, to stop/mend any damage done thus far. He will need another transfusion right after he is born. if it works, he should have few to no complications, if it isn't treated, it could kill him, but intrauterine transfusions are risky and can cause preterm labor. Plus, I think it might hurt him, being stuck with a needle while having his blood pulled out and new blood put in. has anyone had it done?

I've never had this problem before. I'm not good with computers and don't know the lingo so I'll describe the best I can what is happening. Right now if I click on any of the game requests that come along my feed my computer will not follow the link. I just get the spinning circle thing and nothing happens. Even waiting 3 minutes brings nothing. I can't get my game request page to open, same thing happens. I've run all my checks and scans, even done a system restore and rerun all checks and scans. I've gotten a spray tan once in my life and will never get it again. I am very fair and there were like options of how dark you wanted to be and they suggested I should get level 1 because I was so fair that anything darker would look ridiculous. So I got level one and still looked ridiculous! I was so orange and looked really fake. I smelt funny and after a few days it started to wear off in patches and I looked diseased! Not to mention, my favourite matching white bra and panties got ruined as well as a white tank top I wore one day! I did it in the machine, you may have a better experience with a person spraying you, but I really can't say. I've just learned to embrace my paleness, I used to admire the beach tanned look that so many people have, but I can't achieve it... so I just embrace my paleness and try to go for the sex pin up girl look (like Dita Von Teese) But everyone is different and a spray tan might look good on you. I'm not sure I would recommend going the day before in case it looks ridiculous on you. Then you're stuck being orange on your prom which would suck! I would try and go like maybe a week before and if you like it, go again the day before. If you don't like it you can use exfoliant to remove it all before the big day and just embrace your paleness!! Anyways good luck, I'm sure no matter what you'll look lovely!

I've had dark black circles under my eyes ever since I could remember. Anyways, they didn't show as a child because I'm pretty tan and I was always out in the sun so it wasn't really obvious. But as I started growing (I'm 16) I took precautions to stay out of the sun to reduce pimples and avoid UV rays. Anyways, so my skin is a bit lighter now and these circles under my eyes have become a lot more obvious. That could be a result of my lack of sleep and the fact that I'm anemic. Anyways, are there any ways of getting rid of these dark circles? Is there a facial method or something?

How do you use Exo Terra UV Lighting Strips?

I just bought a Yellow belly slider turtle and need a UVB/UVA light for it. I saw that those UV lighting strips by exo terra have everything thing i need and theyre quite cheap. I want to get the 5.0 one. Is it enough for my turtle. Long story short,(believe me) I (cancer female)have been talking to this scorpio man for almost 4 months now. We met at a college party through a friend and instantly we had an attraction. Its been a slow&pretty torturous process getting to know him and trying to decode his feelings for me. He started getting into exercising bcuz I work out all the time, pickin up the lingo my friends&I use, has become cool with my roommates, even my sister who is like my best friend,invited my friend& I to a family party and so I already met his family. He constantly says things about the future like going to this place, doing this& that, etc. Ive also showed him I liked him by constantly inviting him places, going to his soccer games, taking his favorite treats to him,etc.(alot more ways, i can go on&on) HOWEVER, although it sounds all nice&dandy,all of the above has happened because ive been VERY patient with him to open up. Hes only opened up a little, I feel like I still don’t know him, but he claims that i do. hes also acted hot&cold a few times, FLIRTS like crazy with other girls, doesn’t act nervous with them at all which bothers me, but I guess flirting&attracting girls is a scorpio trait. With such mixed signals, I asked my friend to ask him, if he liked me and he said no. That he only saw me as a good friend. What should I do in this relationship?

I am a 23 year old male and I have been in a relationship for 7 months and recently I have found myself not wanting to be around my partner. There are numerous factors that I have identified as being the source of my issues. Firstly, I am working a job I absolutely despise to be able to make a living. I work on average 55hrs a week (mostly night shifts) and don't get much time for anything else but work. Any time off work is usually spent with my partner in the house doing the same things. Secondly, our sex life lately doesn't feel as exciting as it used to be. My partner seems to require constant affection and always feels as though things must be sexual when we are in bed. The downside to this is that his performance is not the longest I've seen... often times I am left dissatisfied. I go through periods of where I am totally content with the relationship and could see it being something very long term to just wanting to periods of not wanting to be in a relationship. He is a really nice guy and treats me better than anyone ever has. I am unsure what I should do. It seems as though work and not having personal time is the major issue here but what is the best route for addressing the issues discussed. Is it that this relationship has reached its terminal point and we should part ways or am I just looking for the easy way out as we all do... Any personal experience would be appreciated. What did my nail tech do to my nails if they werent gel?

I always get acrylic nails, however this last time around my nail tech mentioned gel nails to me so i went ahead. He didnt use gel but powder and liquid like acrylics but pointed out the difference in powders, the "gel" kind was much much whiter than the one I usually get, he also puit my hands under the uv and that made my nails come out crystal clear and smooth & shiny. After doing research i realize he didnt give me gel nails. But what did he give me then considering the powder was sooo much whiter & after using the uv light my nails were soo crystal like and looked much different than usual? Thanks

I'm confused about sunscreen application?

I was out in the sun today from noon until 6. I applied SPF 30, a healthy slathering. I didn't burn at all but definitely feel the sun from the day. I didnt sweat or swim and I also wore UV glasses. After googling I feel a bit uncomfortable, it is claimed you should reapply every hour. Every hour?!?! That's such a pain and not realistic. Did I get sun damage today even though I applied sun screen???

How can I get my doctor to prescribe me this?

I am no drug addict or junkie...just a younger guy with a lot of health problems and have done the research that even tho narcotic drugs are dangerous and can become abusive, if taken as directed and followed carefully can work better for you than non narcotic drugs. I felt weird the first time I asked my psychiatrist if he could switch me from Ativan to Xanax because I just figured he would think "Oh lord here comes another junkie" But he never did that and he listened to what I had to say and I have been anxiety and panic attack free for a long time because I had the courage to ask. I have recently had a lot of problem with my coughing and sinus problems and all that other doctor lingo even had to have a CT Scan of my chest...My doctor prescribed me antibiotics and a cough syrup called CRON DM and that has been like taking over the counter cough syrup and nothing has changed. I'm still coughing my lungs up to the point that my whole chest feels like its being stabbed. I have a doctors appointment in an hour and I want to ask for Promethazin vc codiene syrup because I've done a lot of research on it and it seems to work very well. I have no intentions of abusing anything and I don't even drink beer because I don't like feeling like I'm not myself. How do I go about asking my doctor for this without sounding as if I'm just searching for narcotic drugs?

Okay I know this sounds bad, but last Saturday night I had a little too much to drink and had acute alcohol posining. I ended up going to the hospital and everything. I completely regret the night and don't need anyone telling me how bad my choice was. However what I need to know is if drinking can affect periods? I was suppost to start two days ago and haven't and was wondering if alcohol could be a factor as to why I'm late. Thank you!

I have a 9000 litre pond in the making , I bought a 12000 litre filter with a UV bulb incorporated , just to oversizea little....... I am looking for a pump now , would a 6000litre per min be sufficient , I presume this mean that a 6000 litre pump would take 1.5 hours for a full 9000 litres of water through my filter. 6000ltres per hour X 1.5 hours = 9000litres , yes???

How does college work?

I accidentally put the wrong ssn on my GED test and as a result, i'm getting my scores two weeks from now, when everyone else got theres already. I want to do three high school credits to get my diploma in the meantime, but a college i wanted to apply has its deadline today! I dont understand why I cant apply for school anytime, like in high school. I dont understand all the college lingo and why college is so different than high school. I think i'd be an undergraduate because im 19 and have never been to college. Its a real bummer i've missed the regestration deadline for a few choice colleges because i'll be 20 by the time fall term begins at FIU. Explain?

I kno this is long, just read! So me and my cousins go to a camp ground same time each year. Two years ago, we met these 3 girls, one 12, one 14, and one 15. I was 13, and my 2 guy cousins were with me. Each night we all hung out, but she, the 14 y/o, didnt pay too much attention to me. Last year, we went and things were different. When ever she saw me shed yel and run up and hug me. Wed talk ALOT and shed laugh with me. She txtd me in the midd of the night to talk to me, even though we were at the same place just at different sites.One nite we wer all hangin out, and me and her walkd over to the park down the road at lik 10. I sat on one of the swings, and instead of taking one of the 3 available ones, she sat on my lap and leaned on me and we talked. The next day my cuz, who had his license, drove us up to a bridge to jump off of into the water. When we got there, the 3 girls wer ther. Before i jumpd, she was lik wait ill go with u, and we stood on the railing, and she took my hand, and we jumpd the 10-15 foot drop, wen we wer treding water she put her arms around me wen no one cud see us under the bridge and we just lookd at eachother. Later that night, our second to last nite, the group of us wer all at the basketball court at lik 10:30, just sitting on the benches. At this point, evrone was in hookups xcept us 2. They wer all doin ther thing, while we just sat and talkd. At one point her frend calld me over and was lik "make a move alredy and kiss her, uv had so many opportunities" but she overherd and freekd out at her frend sso i think she didnt want to. The last nite it startd akward, but we got comfortable agen and wer talking. She had to leev early in the mornin, so her mom calld and told her to come to her site. She told me to walk with her. She held my hand. Wen we got at her site, we huggd, thats it. Im goin bak, will she be and was she interested? Did i miss my chances? Was she just friendly or did she like me? Shes now 16 and im 15. Please, advice?!
